Credit card bill to and ship to addresses must match. We do not ship to third parties, international addresses, post office boxes or APO (military) addresses.

PLEASE NOTE: For all returns, exchanges, or damaged merchandise you must request an RMA number! All RMA requests will be processed within 2 business days! You will receive an email with your RMA number and an address to return the merchandise to. Please do not return the merchandise without the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box.

We will refuse all shipments if the RMA number is not clearly visible!

Please do not write anything on the product packaging!
In order to be accepted for Return or Exchange, the Product must be in
re-sellable condition, including all packaging, documentation, and software.
A 20% handling fee will be deducted for all items purchased with free shipping, when returned for a refund.
